Terms of Service

These terms apply to the COD Master Form & Upsell application and the services available through codmaster.app.
1. Service
COD Master provides Shopify merchants with a cash-on-delivery order form, upsell tools, abandoned-form recovery, duplicate-order prevention, tracking and analytics.
2. Shopify account and authorization
The app is installed and authorized through Shopify-owned surfaces. Merchants are responsible for the people they grant store access to and for configurations made in the app.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans and app charges are administered through Shopify Billing. Plan changes and cancellations are completed in the app or Shopify Admin under the terms displayed before confirmation.
4. Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must use the app in compliance with applicable law, Shopify rules and their buyer-facing policies. Merchants are responsible for prices, offers, promotional claims, products, shipping and fulfillment.
5. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for fraud, infringement, unauthorized access, malicious code, bypassing Shopify's platform or collecting data unnecessary for the stated purpose.
6. Availability and changes
We take reasonable steps to keep the service available. Features may be updated for security, Shopify compatibility or user experience. Material changes will be communicated through the app or available contact details.
7. Intellectual property
COD Master, its interface, code, visual identity and related materials are protected by applicable law. Merchants retain rights to their store data, content and configuration.
8. Termination and data
Merchants may uninstall the app at any time. Data is then handled under the Privacy Policy and Shopify's deletion requirements.
